I'm Joann, the girl behind the camera at Joann Finley Photography. I am a wife and mother of 2. Ever since I was little, I had a camera in my hand. My love for photography started as me wanting to capture my experiences in life and it turned into serving my family, friends, and those I meet along the way. I would have never dreamed I would be doing this as my career. I am so thankful for this passion the Lord has gifted me with. I am so excited to be given the opportunity to capture your story!

Do you shoot destination weddings?
I love to travel and would love to be a part of your destination wedding! Send me a message for more details.
What happens if the weather is bad the day of our session?
We will reschedule if the weather is too bad to go out at our session time.
How are my photos delivered?
You’ll receive a link to all your photos from your own online gallery to share online & download for safe keeping.
What locations do you shoot at?
Anywhere! If you do not have an idea on a location I have a list of outdoor recommendations. I have a studio for indoor. I also can travel to your home for an in home session.
Do you charge for travel?
I do not charge a travel fee in Chillicothe locations. Locations outside Chillicothe may have a small fee.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, you are not required to purchase prints from me. With each session you get the print release to print your images wherever you would like. You do have the option to order prints off your gallery website.
What should I wear?
I do not have any rules on what you can wear! That is up to you! I do recommend neutrals colors and less design.
Will there be a second shooter?
Second shooters for weddings are available upon request.
